Criminal case against five antifascist from Kazan was interrupted due an amnesty. This decision was taken yesterday, 16.1.2014. at Soviet Katan District Court and the case against antifascist for ‘hooliganism’ (art. 213 CC) is closed.
4 antifascist – Ruslan Rostov, Oleg Kapustjanov, Artem Sher and Dimitrij Iljichev were arrested by operatives of CPE in april 2013. year. They were charged for hooliganism motivated by ideological hostility (pt. 2 of paragraph ‘b’ of art. 115 and 2. art. 213 CC) due to beating nazis in february of the same year. In May 2013. after this action was arrested antifascist Timur Doronin. Neonazis who identified the antifascist as their abusers testified at the behest of investigators. Activists suggest that repression against them was associated with the preparation of the Universiade – ie, government decided to clean up the city so they can not spoil the ‘sport event’ with protests.
There was no objective evidence of guilty, so prosecution couln’t be extended any more. Seeing that ‘case’ could collapse, investigators have realised antifascist in October. They spent in prison almost 6 months.

Kazneni predmet protiv pet antifašista iz Kazanja je prekinut zbog amnestije. Ova odluka je donešena jučer, 16.01.2014. na Sovjetskom kazanjskom Okružnom sudu, te je slučaj protiv antifašista za ‘huliganizam’ (čl. 213 KZ) zatvoren. Uredbu o amnestiji je najavio sudija Sergej Žiljaev.
Četvero antifašista – Ruslan Rostov, Oleg Kapustjanov, Artem Šer i Dimitrij Iljičev su uhapšeni od strane CPE operativaca u aprilu 2013. godine. Optuženi su za huliganstvo motivirano ideološkim neprijateljstvom (2. dio stavka b, čl. 116 i 2. čl. 213. KZ) zbog prebijanja nacista u februaru iste godine.
