For Eugene Vaskovich who is serving a sentence in Mogilev prison number 4 was allowed a short visit with relatives. This was reported by his mother Rushaniya Vaskovich.
“Eugene called on 11. January. He is doing well. ow we’re going to meet. We’ll go to see him at end of the month. Previously, we couldn’t becase we were allowed to meet once a year.”
Mother of political prisoner said that it will be a short meeting of 2-3 hours.
“Everything else is as usual. Eugene writes letters and sending greeting for New Year. Also, his lawyer went to see him.” – added his mother.
To remind – Eugene was convicted with Artem Prokopenko and Paul Symalotov. He is sentenced to 7 years in prison for throwing molotov at door of KGB office in Bobruisk. Many times he was thrown into solitary confinement. Later, he was transferred to Mogilev prison as ‘malicious infringer regime’.
